• · Airport: the best to travel internationally is to land at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. There are limited flights into Amritsar International Airport. Both airports are approximately 240 kilometers from Chandigarh. For charter/private flights there is a private airport in Patiala but permission must be requested to land.
  
  From Delhi to Chandigarh- Indian Airlines, Air Deccan and Jet Airways have daily flights to Chandigarh. (There is no direct flight from Amritsar to Chandigarh). Hotel is a 20 minute drive from airport.
